We want to have the best customer service possible.  Unlike other facilities our physician is available 24 hours a day 7 days a week.  If you call our number and we are not in it gets forwarded to Dr. Chao's cell phone.  There is no other facility that has this type of customer care.

We have an office manager - Mr. Timothy Linwood who will work with you if you have insurance problems.  It should be noted insurance these days may not completely cover your bill.  We are often very flexible and understanding when we see how insurance is mistreating their customers. We try to be kind and understanding.

We have a marketing person - Ms. Joanna Pirhalla.  She is available to your referring physician 24 hours 7 days a week by cellphone, text message and email.  We also have a special marketing number.  If you have a marketing request please call it at 302-3 3 3 3 CUP (3333287)   If you have a complaint please call Mr. Linwood.  But Ms. Pirhalla will try to call our referring doctors offices weekly to ask how we can help each of our physicians.  I do not think most facilities are so pro-active in communicating with their physicians.
